A big thank you to Julie for the squid treat recommendation... Mole thinks they are the BEST THING EVER!!
Walking this morning and three deer ran across in front of us and he turned to go after them ... I shouted Squid (my magic word, lol! Practiced at home with it and used it properly first time today) and he stopped and came straight back to me. Couldn't quite believe it. Also will heel like a dream for squid bites.
Off to buy more (on offer at Pets at Home at the moment!:D

Well, I think you should be pretty safe with "squid" as a magic word. I can't remember the last time I hard someone shouting that on the common ;)

Yup, did feel a bit silly but needs must  and I'd been trying to think of a "magic word" - I'm sure the deer appreciated it :D

The brilliant thing about them is they break up easily into smaller pieces so you don't get through them that quickly although I did give him a whole one after the deer incident!

I'm for "SQUID" - And they're delicious (according to Coco) , so we're going for that as a magic word too.

Squid is actually a brilliant name for a dog! I might use it as a nickname. I don't actually love "Luna", but it was OH's choice as he's missing out on her first two months.
    Squid it is. :D

Oh no, don't. Don't forget, your dogs don't like squid. :)

Oh, ok! I did wonder. You think Fish4Dogs is 'posh' or 'upmarket'? I see.

    It really isn't, you know...:D:D:D

Oh not at all, I used to feed Hattie & Charlie Fish4Dogs kibble but it is just so ridiculously expensive for what it is. All I want to do is see the difference between the Skippers Squid and the Fish4Dogs Squid as the price differs enormously, thats all. Posh is not a word I would use to describe anything from Fish4Dogs :)

Actually, she's "Squidge", which seems very apt.
In other news, I bought both the F4D squid bites and the calamari rings when I was in PAH the other day. They STINK. W&S love them :D
