Our sofa is bereft of cushions as Milo loves nothing better than running round the table with one! At night he's fine. He just lies with his head on one snooozing or ignores it. His fav thing is to run upstairs, crash into our room and grab a cushion. Does this sound familiar to anyone?!

No, but I bet they smell like YOU and your family so it's partly a way to have fun with those he loves. Maybe?

He doesn't run around with them, he just hogs them so I can't have any :D

(It looks like he's got a ridiculous amount of legs - he definitely only has 4 :D)

Molly caused me great embarrassment last December (when she was nearly 2 1/2 years old!) by chewing holes in two of my sister's cushions while we were visiting. Mind you she was shut in a room alone for about 2 hours (because there were lots of little children running) around and she's not used to being left, so I suppose it could have been worse!

Our dog humps our cushions... sigh. So, yes, we have a cushion lover here too :)

Tuppence has arranged her cushions - and beaten me to the sofa (where she's not allowed...)!

Now that she's a sensible grown up (ha ha) Ella likes to rest her head on a cushion when she's on the couch. When she was younger she would steal cushions and run around the house like a crazy dog, trying to get our attention. We had to take the cushions away for a while and slowly re introduce them at times when she was more calm

 Our Jesse humps his bed or his blanket. He pulled his bed in the backyard and beats up on it and humps it. We removed his bed from his crate and just let his blanket, which he pulls out and drags around and beats up too. He is my big baby what can I say.

If we're sitting in our lounge, Snowie will come and stand there for ages until someone notices he's waiting for his two scatter cushions (on the chair) to be placed on the floor so he can lie down and rest his head on something soft. I wish he'd just get them himself - his brother collects his own blankie and cushions and arranges them himself (his owner tells me).

Our girl when excited by visitors or wanting to play would grab a cushion off the sofa and try to get a game of chase or tug of war going. We bought a plastic storage box and some cheap soft toys and put it in the living room. Each time she grabbed a cushion we would get a soft toy from her new toy box and encourage her to play with us. We would just ignore her when she grabbed a cushion and she learned to get the soft toys because we would play with her when she did. We have to replace the soft toys every couple of months but she no longer touches the cushions and when visitors arrive now she runs over to her toy box and selects a soft toy to see if they want to play. It is also an exciting time for us all when we bring home new toys from the shop. (we buy cheap baby soft toys at the department store $2-5 and keep about 5 in her toy box and replace them as they tear).
