My dad used to be with me allll the time, but now he leaves everyday to go werking. I'm embarrassed to say that I cried a few times when he left at first, but now I'm a big girl and I don't cry anymore. Dads come back eventually and then give lots of treats they aren't supposed to give "for doing nothing" mum says!

Sorry to hear that, Harley.... you can come over and share my dad if you like. I know it's not the same as having your own to play with but I'll share anything with you if it might make you happy....

I have learned that if I sit between my brothers head and his chew toy, then he wont chew. Which gives us quality time that I enjoy, as all he does is chew chew chew.

Mums gone back to work, but leaves late and comes home early. She said another week then she will be back full time. Not sure what that means but it already is ages. But I still have Dad to play with, he is more fun anyway. But I hear them talking saying Dad might have to work away...not sure what means, but hope he comes back. He gives me my breakfast, trains me plays with me...mum tried that last time, but she was not that good so I broke her phone in protest.

Score I got to lick Daddy really really good as I pinned him down to the ground. He had been busy in the garden and tasted all salty. I told him he now does not need a shower and he is welcome to me cleaning him.

Then we had a ice popsicle each. Dad had a funny green one, did not smell good but I wanted to try. So gave it a quick lick when he was getting mine out. I had fish in mine...yum

OK now time for a snoozzzeee...

I nearly got two dinners today. Mum fed me but dad hadn't realised so asked me if I wanted dinner. I, of course, went and sat by my bowl like a good girl and dad got up to sort my dinner (again!). Mum ruined everything though as she came and told dad I'd already eaten :(

    So close..

Stick with us, kiddo. I saw Mum putting some sardines in the freezer. You've not lived til you've tried sardine.

The vet put his finger up my bum this morning and squeezed.

I did not like it AT ALL!

Not happy - bum is staying on the floor from now on. There better be treats later.

When you see the bum man just relax it will be fine. Mines always shoving his stick up there apparently it checks how hot we are. Doug told me something funny once the bum mans stick shot up his bum and disappeared. The bum man couldn't get it out:eek: ging couldn't stop giggling. It was up there for 20 minutes:confused:. It did come out when Doug pooped.Doug told me not to cough when its up there. So don't move and definately don't cough

    But I looked lovely, obviously.

My dad used to go away and I hated it. When he was away I kept listening to every noise hoping that it was him coming home. I even watched the door and pretended that he was just about to come through it.

I think I like it when Dad goes away cos me and Mum do loads of fun things.

BUT Mum is very strict with treats :( and she says 'she takes no nonscents' - I've never seen any nonscents so I suppose she must have taken them all already.

She can keep the nonscents, Ripple. It's the scents that are fabulous! Keep on sniffin' mate!

My dad goes away every day in the week. When he comes home! Oh BOY! It's the best ever. I jump up at him and he jumps around with me and we jump together and I wag so hard I think my tail will come off and my body will snap in two, but it never does.
