Tatze is perfect! And Mollie very cute.

Hmmm....in the interest of balance, I can offer you a video of Charlie playing with Betsy. I'm always surprised the house is left standing....

    Winter puppies!

Mollie is my fourth puppy, fifth if you count Tatze, but she's my first winter pup.

Oh my word! Sweeping snow out of the spending area, having wellies and coat by the door. Standing freezing with sad looking pup, who you know is 'full' but all she wants to do is sit in the cold and look sad - heart rending!

I'm going to have to toughen up!!

    :eek::eek:

Tatze is so gentle with her, it's lovely to watch.

Having only had one puppy (in winter)...it wasn't so bad. I thought it was the pits at the time, but in hindsight...ok, I've clearly forgotten about having to rug up dozens of times per day for toilet breaks. It was bleak.

Oh yes, Ella was a winter puppy. I left gum boots, a jacket and an umbrella at the back door for each toilet break. I still remember standing outside at night, in the rain, saying "please Ella, just do a wee for me, please"

Yes, its hard with a winter puppy. Annie bless her heart didn't like the wet and the cold at 12 midnight and again at 6am in the morning.

    She is SO cute!

We got Quinn in January...I will never forget 3AM pees in the dead of winter...Quinn lifting her little paws because they were cold in the snow. She didn't like cold and wet pavement but loved jumping around in the snow at the park.

Sweet Mollie - she slept again from 10:30pm to 6:30am, just one wee on the puppy pad. Good girl xx - she's having her first trip out soon, to a coffee morning :)

I love puppies they give me hope. It's like planting bulbs and waiting for the result. She makes Me smile.

Mollie will have been with us a week tomorrow! Where did that time go?

She is sleeping from 10pm to 6am so no complaints from me there.

She knows the 'busy busy' cue for weeing outside and we don't get too many accidents inside, they usually happen when I am distracted and not keeping an eye out for signs of widdles. All poos have been outside and they are nice and solid, the pups come up with pro-biotics to sprinkle on their breakfasts. which really seem to help.

No crocapup yet - but I always say 'give it a fortnight' for the croc to appear. Tatze, Gypsy, Twiglet and Kara were all total crocadiles!

I'm trying to introduce her to the car really slowly as the other four hated the car for weeks!

I'm sure it must be a big help to the pups to come to a home where there's a kind adult dog.
