Her cut paw is not so bad, despite her histrionics when it happened. The biggest problem we have is the fact she has a tummy bug poor thing! Whereas Casper is incredibly stoic, Bramble is huffing and puffing and flinging herself moodily around everywhere!
So lightly cooked turkey mince with sweet potato, plus a pro-biotic, plus lots of cuddles. Really hope she is back to normal soon, I just can't stand her being so glum.

Get well soon, Bramble! I was clearing out my phone the other day and came across a video of my little duchess after her spay. The moaning and crying was so pitiful! They know how to tug at our heart strings!

Well there was certainly nothing wrong with madame today...seriously a mare! Took her for a gentle 30 min walk with Casper on his favourite walk. I knew we were in for trouble when she nose-dived into mud. She then disappeared after flushing a pheasant..(I have never seen a pheasant on this walk..) then I managed to get her attention for a nano-second, then like some crazy thing she was off again! I could have done without Caspers sympathetic "I told you so" look...coupled with seemingly every well behaved dog in the area turning up....
She is now trying to persuade Remy to play tuggy with her purple puller...
So I guess I need to rewind her training log...phhhttttt!!!

Poor Pongo! There must be a lot of sharp, woody twigs around at this time of year...
