We had our carpet on the stairs fitted today. Mum said the man who did it is her cousinmatt. He brought his little Hooman with him. She's 7 and she likes to play with me lots. She also gave me treats and when mum wasn't looking gave me a bit of her yummyyummycake. They were here for hours and hours. It was great fun for a few hours, but then I got tired. I went to lie on my bed and the little Hooman was there!!! I decided I was getting on there with her and she snuggled me......I enjoyed it and fell asleep. When cousinmatt said he was finished he took the little Hooman with him and I barked and barked when they put their coats on coz I didn't want them to go :(. Mum said we will go and see them soon and told me that they have 2 dogs and she hopes we get on! I don't understand why we wouldn't!!
Here are some photos mum took of us.

You are beautiful Harley! Your little hooman looks a bit bigger than the ones I had at krismuss. Where do you get the big ones from? I think they look fun.

Well my squeeeeeeaky loss was REALLY an attempt to train the galoots to "find it". They suck! They searched the garden - I mean why? Everyone knows indoor toys are not allowed outdoors. They searched it 3 times - what's that all about?. They searched the house so many times I lost count. Honestly! I gave up in the end and pulled it out from under the coffee table - Squeeeeak squeeeek. I don't think I have the patience for Hooman training. Perhaps I should try hiding something really smelly...

You definitely should. Try something really bad - like a poo.

 Stanley! Do you mean I should do a poo? In the house? I was thinking more like salmon skin....but I don't think I'd be able to not eat it. Hmmmm poo..... I'll think about it.

    I tricked her! HAHAHA!

I'm not allowed a water bowl because Mum says I make too much mess. I don't know what she means. Just because I like to pick it up and throw it around! It's great fun being wet and making everything else wet! Then I can have a little paddle. Willow and Shadow tell me how brilliant it is where they are going on walks, because they're getting to paddle loads, so I just want to join in. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, do you?

Mum tried a heavy bowl that I couldn't lift, so I had a paddle in that, and dug all the water out. That was great fun, too!

But now, Mum doesn't put a bowl in with me. The big dogs' bowl is near the door of my pen, so she lets me out to run over and have a drink every now and then. I've been a really good girl, and not dug in it once.

I think it's called "lulling into a false sense of sek-yur-it-tee".

This morning, I was having brilliant playtime in the living room and then I got so excited I had to zoomzoomzoom! I zoomed right up to the water bowl in the kitchen, which was filled all the way to brim and, before Mum could stop me, I dug it ALL out! It was EVERYWHERE! Then I splashed around and made sure the puddle got as big as possible. I was soaking wet and really happy. Wet is FUN!

I don't think I'll have the chance to do it again for a while, but I'll do some more work on that lulling thing and see if I can get another go soon!

Oh no! If that too far? Do you think that's why mum sometimes says I'm a horrid creature?

It's fine though - I give her lots of kisses and full body wags and she kisses my nose.

I am the best puppy dog ever though - I get told every day :D

I won't see my Daddy until AYTEENTHFEBRY, whatever that means. I miss my Daddy and wag my tail when I see a tall thin man in the distance, in case it's him.
