    My photo of the two fat pigeons in our plum tree is maybe a little underwhelming.

    I think pigeons are beautiful. There is such a variety of subtle colouring.

    I'm a champion of sparrows too, they also have a diversity of patterning.

    Our native birds are interesting rather than exotic.

    Oh what a great idea....the photos so far are lovely....you just know the yellow fellow and I will be off hunting for geckos later!!

    Didn't manage it tonight Karen bit Dexter always manages to scatter a few in the morin ing...I'll do my best ;)

    Today we had some King Parrots. They are either both females or both juveniles (as the males have a bright red head and chest as well as a red tummy).
