Lilly poos in the garden, in the morning, after breakfast. ALSO manages to poo on her walk. The going for a walk process NEEDS to be celebrated by a poo, even if it is what we would call a wee toley
Charlie, you are the perfect poo-gentleman. Coco prefers to poo in the garden. He WILL go on a walk, at a push, preferably behind a tree. Belle poos where she feels like it. She does have a SLIGHT preference for the front garden, after her walk.
Ha! found it - maybe I should have put this on the shedding thread - it sprung up from a post started by Lynne Logan about shedding, then went AWOL as these things do thanks to @Oberon How do you cope?
Ok, none of you have the joy of the Great Post-Snow-Melt Garden Poo Pick Up. Which I think is highly unfair. Every true dog lover should have to experience that at least once in their lives.....
Haha, @Lisa! We try to pick up as soon as they do it on the terrace when it's snowing, having had this last year a couple of times. It isn't the most pleasant of times. At least it's a fairly contained area. On the positive side, when it's a little loose, it's far easier to pick up on snow than grass
My dogs poop were i ask em to and the old boy can't aways make it out into the street these days a strong wind nearly blows him over now. they all seem to have areas were they like to go best and what type of surface too. What really gets me is the poop I see up the side of walls and on top of them whats happening there?
Shadow will always choose to poo as high up a bush as he can. I'm sure if there were no bushes around, a wall would do nicely
Saba has no respect. He likes to poo in his garden, and follow me around as I pick it up. I suspect he does a Mutley-type snigger as I attempt to guess which direction he took while delivering his drop and go!
Pongo likes to poo on a steep slope, facing downhill. That means that nuggets roll forward between his front paws and disappear down-slope. He seems to manage to avoid treading on them, but I keep a careful eye out anyway....
