Oh thats nothing I did suggest to my friends and OH that I might start riding my cycle to work you could hear ther No Ways! from space. I also have a problem with velcro it is my nemsis. Its never dull in our house garden street park work place I'm always falling about. I'm a frequent flyer at A&E and no I really should not be trusted on my own
I was holding a door open at 4.38 this morning and Rory jumped up to shut the door it slammed on my hand across the knuckles i can remember thinking at the time how good Rory was for my health well something like that you should see my hand!
Nooooooooo,anything broken? I think I've had a broken toe this week,not dog related ,one of the irrigation spouts didn't retract and I tripped over it whilst playing with Dexter...oh hang on ,yes dog related! It's been sore a lot this week! X
Has digesting a dog hair ever caused any disease or injury? It may be unpleasant, if somewhat tickily but what is the H&S risk? The H&S man who gives us regular training at work sees no problem with having dogs in a school but our head won't allow it. When I was at school the headmaster had two yellow labs who followed him everywhere it was always a treat to be sent to his office.
Sophie got into trouble at primary school for giving a couple of Lilly's dog biscuits to a young friend of hers. You know how we all have biscuits and poop bags in our pockets? He ate them School weren't impressed with either of them (small school, couldn't fart without the headteacher knowing - literally)

I did trip over one of Dexter's blankets a few days following surgery on my shoulder. The surgeons parting words to me were "keep your sling on and do not use your arm or move it away from your body". Well I splatted across the kitchen floor with my arm bent at the elbow but from shoulder to elbow straight out but I did have my sling on so didn't break all the rules. It did shake me up though
What's his reason though? If H&S are happy and see no problem I think he should state his reasons. What abut the school governors? Would they be sympathetic? I remember as a kid eating my dog's biscuits as they were nice colours . I also remember a batch of rock cakes I had made being fed to the dog instead of her winalot biscuit as they were so hard. I hasten to add I was only 3 at the time, and helping mum on baking day
I can't see anything wrong with eating dog biscuits either. I did a lesson on biscuit tasting for cooking and at least half the kids were disappointed I hadn't let them try the dog biscuit I found in my picket, the other half were horrified at the idea. As kids we ate the dogs biscuits all the time. We weren't deprived, we just liked the crunchiness.
I used to pinch biscuits out of our Dalmation's bowl, dog-drool & all, when I was a nipper. He was a lovely, gentle soul & didn't mind losing the odd biscuit.
Hmmmmmm it all got a bit too much for me when you all,started eating the dog biscuits ......whaaaaaaaaat? eek:
