I don't think it'd be a problem. Humans can hear sound at a lower frequency than dogs, so if it's OK to your ears it's probably OK to your dog's ears. Give a try (not too loud) and watch her reaction.

If you play it as loudly as the **&&^@@### kid across the way from us it might. We can hear the bass inside our house with all our windows shut and the AC on and us in rooms farthest from their house, which is several hundred feet away with bush between.

Seriously, I wonder if it might be scary like gunshots or thunder?

Well, I think it'd be ok then, as long as it's not so loud that it can be heard outside the house.

Snowshoe, I think we have the same neighbour. Or maybe I can just hear your neighbour....

    Oops! Touched a nerve there.....
    :D:D

I have to say we are mainly blessed with quiet neighbours.
Although a trike on decking complete with recurring bell, underneath bedroom window, drove Sophie to school during her study season. Lucky they are just part time children.

Three wheels running over a corrugated surface, again and again...complete with bell. I think that violates some kind of UN convention...

My OH is a bit of a hi-fi (or whatever they are called these days) nerd, and we have elaborate subwoofers that are frequently sold on ebay and the next new thing in subwoofers bought instead - then I have to listen to one of the systems (he has several  ) and pretend I can hear the much improved sound....I always nod enthusiastically and tell him it sounds much better :D. Anyway, the dogs seem to notice nothing whatsoever.

Handy for playing my canine noise desensitisation CDs full blast though. Until he got rid of the CD player (SUCH old hat) and now I have to figure out how to get my CDs onto some cloud based thing via my phone...:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
