Homer is right.....crazy that Cooper would not eat his breakfast BUT, Ashley, YOU were right.
It WAS the food!!! I gave him the Blue last night for dinner and he gobbled that up AND at breakfast this morning DITTO! I am soooo relieved. Never, ever thought food would go bad in that bin but it did so it teaches us a lesson. I will never again dump his food into the bin....but I will make sure the entire bag goes into the bin(hope it fits)....now I have to order Fromm on line because my source has gone!! Ashley, what Fromm do you feed Quinn? I feed Cooper Fromm's Gold for Adult which contains Duck, Lamb and Chicken ...had been thinking of going over to the "grain free"....guess there is also a Salmon?
Wonderful to find out Cooper is healthy and it was the food. Since our pup's cannot tell us what is wrong, we worry! Wish I could speak DOG!! Or at least understand it!
    Have a great day.....

I went home last night and took the food out of the bin and put it back in the bag, then back into the bin! The 33lb bag doesn't fit into our bin so we cut it the bag in half to make it fit and put the rest of the food into an empty 5lb bag. My BF didn't believe me about the food in the bin making it go off until I told him your story!

We feed Quinn Large Breed Puppy Gold - she will be on that until she's a year old or so. I haven't decided if I will transition her to Large Breed Adult Gold or the Adult Four Star because apparently you can rotate four star recipes without transitioning (there is a couple salmon/fish recipes in this line)...this would add some variety if she gets picky later without switching brands. I have only seen the small Four Star bags here though. We decided not to go grain free for the puppy food, as our vet recommended to include grain while she is growing. I think if Cooper does fine on the grain then there is no reason to switch. We've been happy with Fromm - her coat is very shiny, she likes it and I like that they haven't had any recalls on their food.

I agree it would be good to add some variety.....Cooper (a lot older than Quinn) has loved Fromm....he has been on it since he went from puppyhood to doggyhood! I also agree that Fromm has had no recalls and they have a huge selection of Food(s) and Treats... I did not know that you could transition with the Four Stars.....will have to look into that.I see that you live in Canada.....I just ordered Fromm Gold on-line from Chewy.....cost was even less than what I was paying here locally plus they will ship FREE if you spend X amount of $$$.
So I added some bags of treats that looked really good and I am getting all of it delivered to my door. Imagine you could do the same? The smaller bags are more expensive BUT they would fit in our bins!! I think the same thing will happen to me....I will have to put half in the bag into the bin and put the other half into another bag.....just like you had to do.

Chewy doesn't ship internationally :( Those deals are really good though! I have never seen Fromm treats here - most stores told us they don't exist! Next time I go across the border I will be stocking up!
