And disaster strikes! Came down this morning and OMG.... Bramble had obviously been in the chicken feed bins... as what was explosively plastered on walls, skirtings, curtains, floor, door mats, looked made up largely of corn. It has taken me the best part of an hour to clean most of it. Poor girl. She had been de-crated for just one night. The upside is that I have washed and scrubbed down the skirting boards, and realised I hadn't seen them in a while, so spent a moment enjoying their real colour. Bramble does have a habit of doing things in style..Benson was very impressed.
Oh no! Poor Bramble! I hope she's feeling better with everything out of her system. Enjoy your clean skirting boards - while that lasts
Feel your pain Rory had something which we refer too as "the brown tide". He ruined a set if curtains it was up the Windows and took 3 hours to clean up. Hope she's ok now poor little tummy
What a shock, hope Bramble is OK. They say that every cloud has a silver lining, so clean paintwork as a result
Poor Bramble. But wow, that's impressive -- covering all that surface! Thankfully Snowie will wake us up if he really needs to go, but I can probably count those times on one hand. But he has vomited a lot on our bedroom carpet and we are thankful that there is a product called Extreme Stain + Odor Remover. It works like a miracle and will take out most stains just by spraying -- it says it uses enzymes and bacterial action (I try not to think how toxic it might be!). Also good for taking red wine and beetroot stains out of white tablecloths. And it has a lovely fragrance.
