My Cassie quite the opposite - she was 23kg at 5 months, people " oooh only 5 months - she's going to be BIG" , her litter mates are larger, but after all Dad's a butchers dog, he weighs 41kg!

Just got back from a quick Saturday trip to the vet - conjunctivitis! Poor gunky-eyed pooch. But I got a 25 week weight - 17 kg. I thought she'd be a touch heavier actually, she takes up so much room on the sofa lol.

My male puppy is 17 weeks yesterday and weighs only 22lbs. I haven't found anyone with a lab as small as mine yet lol. He's definitely as old as four months as he is getting his adult teeth now. Anyone heard of a lab being this small?
I should also mention he is AKC registered as a Labrador Retriever

Are Sparky's ears really a different colour, or is it just the light?

They are! In fact, his middle back is colored the same way to his tail while the rest of his body is very light yellow. I was thinking it just how his winter coat looks like. His back fur is much coarser than the rest of his body and has become darker like that as of late.

    He looks like his Mommy!

Here's another pic from a different angle.

We have a boofer here. Bailey is 7 months old and weighs 27.5 Kilos:D He is a big lad but he isn't carrying any excess weight. He has spent the last 3 months growing to match his tail and paws. His daddy is a very solid dog.
The trainer at his dog school said the other day that he had a big, chunky head, I hope it was a compliment ;)

It's quite common in yellows. Shadow's ears are much darker than his body :)

Feeling better and on the right road to recovery thankfully. @Rosie, thank you for the kind words. Bear certainly seemed bigger in a week

Just measured Bear and I estimate 61cm at the withers, Alex must be part horse:). I keep getting asked if I am sure Bear isn't part rotweiler:rolleyes:

Got a chance to play fetch in the back yard (well I took photo's and Bear and my wife played fetch).

So focussed he forgot to put his tongue all the way in. He really loves to play fetch, but if it's the rope and not a ball, he believes it's called "fetch, tug of war":D

Bear sure is handsome! Axel is supposed to be from a show line as well, but he sure doesn't look it. I love the big heads on the show lines, which is why I choose them over field. His dad had a nice big head. Oh well, just hope Axel is done growing up and will start to fill out soon:eek::rolleyes:

Yep, just like my Pongo! (and yes, "chunky head" is DEFINITELY a compliment - at least in my book!)

From the graph it looks like he is levelling out to join Pongo! (Thank you for keeping Pongo's pink dots highlighted, I know that that is special treatment and I'm grateful!).

Who is the big lad at the top of our graph? It looks like he is still heading for the sky! ;)

Xena is 6 months/26 weeks and weighs 17.4 kg. Just home from the vet after her spay - poor sausage is all dopey. Trying to keep positive at the thought of 2 weeks of lead walks only. Hats off to those members who've had to do months upon months of restricted exercise.

Bear you are one handsome guy! Just love the big goofy heads on a show lab. Fabulous!

Thank you @camo for updating the spreadsheet, glad you are feeling better! :)

Must add Brambles, now she has just turned 10 months old :)
