I put the inflatable Buster collar on Willow to see if it would stop her being able to get to her wound (it didn't). Shadow was not happy about it at all! He started barking at her, hiding behind the sofa. Sort of play-bowing, but looking really unsure of himself.
As soon as I took it off her, he was fine! It's like he couldn't recognise her with her different outline. Very strange!

I often wonder what they actually see. I'm convinced Rory is short sighted but his long vision seems good. He's crap at catching and often bumps his nose. he looses treats too. I know the nose gets in the way. Have to think about some experiments .

I hope Willow's leg heals soon. Tuppence eventually had to wear a 'lampshade' AND an inflatable collar when she'd cut her leg but her wound was also aggravated by every move, as it was right on the edge of the bendy bit of her hind leg. Neither she nor Wispa were impressed!

Wispa got very anxious recently when she saw someone in the distance walking towards us wearing a hood obscuring their face. It seemed that only seeing an outline of a person spooked her. We had to change direction!

Ive been in the river today. I didn't intend to but some subcreature had put some food out for the rats. It was the same colour as the mud and all along the river bank. The bank is a bout 3 foot high there and Rory came at the food from in the water I was hanging over the 3 foot drop trying to stop him but his colitis is bad so he's very hungry He was eating the mud as well the crumbly brown meal like stuff. In the end I thought f@@k this and jumped in it was deep I was wet but I bloody stopped him eating the nasty stuff. Then I had to get out...can't get out too slippy and the banks too high! Stuck in the river:chuckle:. I had to dig some toe holes in the bank and drag myself out by hanging onto Rory who was grinning his head off at me. Do you think if I caught the person who's doing this rat feeding I could get away with drowning them ? I don't mean it I just give a quick dip in:rain:

Charlie has just let Betsy cuddle up to him for a proper cuddle - just about the first time ever. She is only allowed to wrap her tummy round his bottom and rest her head on his back, but more than he's allowed her before. She looks like she's won the lottery, poor baby. :D

And my blasted phone is out of storage so I can't get a pic!

Just like the rest of the family, she wants Charlie cuddles.

Aw precious moments Julie :) It took Hattie a long time to allow Charlie any cuddles but now Charlie lays at her rear end and puts his head on hear back, they sleep quite happily :heart:x

I have some pics of it, must look them out :)
