Unfortunately in Leamington we have had a spate of dogs being poisoned. We obviously are all very worried that someone so cruel and callous should be living in our community. I have copied and pasted the official information below. As far as I know I'm one of the few people on the forum who live in Warwickshire, but I wanted to share the information in case anyone happened to be in the area. +++IMPORTANT UPDATE ++++++DOG OWNERS EXERCISING THEIR DOGS IN THE LEAMINGTON AREA+++ There is continuing current poisoning concern for dog owners of the Leamington area....A dog has been poisoned last weekend at Welches Meadow in Leamington. Their vets has also had cases from Newbold Comyn and this is in addition to the cases at Victoria Park last week. It seems to be slug pellets hidden in Marshmallows. Please be vigilant and if you see any, pick them up in a poop bag and take to the vets, noting the location. Keep an eye on your dogs and any unusual behaviour (this dog had anal bleeding), take to your vet ASAP. Please Share.
That is awful! A dog was poisoned apparently deliberately near us, although I am struggling to find anything definitive only on facebook groups which all say something a bit different. Terrible, terrible tragedy for the owners
Yep I used to live in stourbridge. Used to ride my old single motorbike all round there. Lived in Birmingham and wolves too. Oh went to Aston uni I went art collage in stourbridge and wolves. I miss stourbridge.
My what a small world, I grew up in Kingswinford and Wordsley, went to Dudley college then lived in Moseley until I moved to Coventry when I got married. My parents have just moved into an apartment two minutes from Stourbridge town centre just off the ring road by the Stourbridge Football ground. .
Fell of Ohs bike on that ringroad only he wasn't my oh then. I owe the stourbridge ringroad for us being together for 30 years. Love that part of the world and the people, but I'm very fond of that bumpy ring Road and a manhole cover
