I wrote this post on my blog about training not always going according to plan. We know we should set our dogs up for success, yada yada yada, but sometimes things do go wrong. It's easy to get frustrated, especially when every training video you sees shows near perfection. It can make us feel like failures. She gave you some lovely attention, I would be pleased with that, just a baby and life too exciting to concentrate for long.
I think she did very well I'd say your plan B would be some of our plan A's. I loved it when she caught a wind of something but remained focus on you.
