So very sorry to hear what has happened, Helen. What an awful freak accident, but great that the vet has established what's wrong. I'm glad Charlie's a bit better today and hope it can all be sorted soon. Thinking of you.
It's something that we are grateful for but he is not out of the woods yet Tomorrow should bring us more news and a plan xx
I'm only new but I've been following yours and Charlies story. I'm so very sorry, and hope for his swift recovery. Please know that well-wishers all over the world are thinking of you and your boy.
So pleased he is a little brighter. I wish he knew how many people care about him and how we all wish him to get well and how many people care for you and your husband, we are all metaphorically holding your hand x
So good to hear Charlie has perked up a little. If our positive thoughts and love are helping him along, then he stands a good chance. We are all thinking of you and Charlie. The bestest of good wishes xx
Aw Stacia, thank you so much for your kind words. David and I know we have so much support from you all, we will pass on all the hugs and kisses from everyone to Charlie xxxx
Good wishes this is all over soon with a good recovery. OUt of the woods figuratively and maybe literally. No, you can't keep a dog out of the woods because of a freaky accident.
Just read your story now. I'm so sorry, what a nasty accident! Sending all our thoughts and best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Oh wow! Just getting caught up on your story! So sorry to hear about Charlie, you must be beside yourself with worry. I would expect something like that to happen to Corona who is stick obsessed, not to a dog that could care less. Glad to hear that he is feeling a bit better, but I will be praying that he pulls thru without further complications.
I'm so sorry to hear what happened! But relieved the vet discovered it and can create a plan of action. What a freaky accident. I would never have guessed it to be the reason he was off his food. Thank goodness for good diagnosticians and diagnostics. I am sending best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Helen, So sorry only just seeing this thread. So so Sorry to hear this story. I hope Charlie makes a full recover as Im sure he will with having such good care and rapid action from you. Really sending my love and hugs to all of you One of the first weeks in training we were warned about sticks, cant believe something so freaky happened to your poor boy. x
Came here first to check on Charlie. I'm glad it's positive news and keeping everything crossed that everything goes exactly as it should. Sending healing vibes his way.
