This week has been chaotic, I have my dad and grandma in hospital. And on top of all that I feel so guilty because i missed a walk and training with Rolo tonight.
Sorry to hear this. Hope they are both okay. I think our dogs are pretty understanding. Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day.
Ella is suck a sneaky licker. She'll be on my lap, licking her paw and before you know it she's stopped licking her paw and started licking my leg! She moves seamlessly from paw to leg that I often don't realise until I have a soaking wet leg!
My first Rottie Duncan did. I thought it was a Rottie thing but later realised it was a Duncan thing.
I hope they both improve soon. Don't worry about Rolo, he'll be fine, even though you feel guilty. He'll adust to a quick play and cuddle if necessary.
Damn damn damn. Had the car packed ready to go to our first obedience trial tomorrow morning. Then the OH got gastro so he can't look after Nathan so I don't think we can go
No, unfortunately not. However a couple of the girls have suggested that I bring Nathan and they can watch him while Ella and I are in the ring. It could be a possibility but I suppose I'd better wait and see if I get sick first!
When we were talking about getting a new addition we said no to sleeping in our bed bought a big dog bed for sam then 2 weeks ago we just couldnt residt they big sad eyes and sam has slept in our bed since everyone keeps saying wev made a big mistake but no what hes our baby and if he sleeps with us for the rest of his life who cares as long as hes happy you cant best a wake up call from sam wagging his tail.
Errr what just happened on our walk? We came upon a lady with a young, excitable Golden Retriever on a narrow bit of road. She crossed to help her dog pass, I whipped out a Bonio biscuit and Coco managed to walk on in a kind of orderly manner, whilst taking chunks out of the biscuit! Someone pinch me. I did worry I'd appeared rude, but managed to catch her later on the walk - Coco was in the car now - and we had a lovely chat.
Nothing like big Lab cuddles! I don't regret it and my Lab is up to 30kg now. Sometimes he sleeps like a person with his head on my pillow There have been times when he actually laid down straight on top of me, stretched out lengthwise!
Yeah i just cant resist his big eyes my partner says wer too soft lol I woke up this morning with him lying in middle on my pillow. Every morning my partners work alarm goes off at 5am if he presses snooze he licks his face till he gets as if too get up i want my breakfast lol and then runs away with his work boots.
