I'm waiting... and waiting... and waiting... What is it about teenage humans that makes them sleep so long? It's lovely that he's come a long, long way to stay with us but I've been waiting ages for him to appear. Mum's even shut the kitchen gate, otherwise I'd be sending Wispa upstairs to burst open his bedroom door because she's good at jumping on him and waking him up. Then I just pitch in and lick, lick, lick, run downstairs and wait by the toy basket on Wispa's crate. Mum's taken us into the garden, but it's not the same as having someone who can reeeally throw my toys... Mum's throws are pathetic!

    I don't feel very well :(
I have a squidgy bum and didn't want to eat my breakfast. I did eat it when the annoying brown thing said she'd have it if I didn't, but I wasn't very keen. I just want to snooze on the sofa with my Mum.

Get well soon Shadow. I was sick in the night, mum leaped out of bed and shooed me outside as soon as I started with that noise. She can move very fast sometimes, I was quite impressed.
I'm right as rain now! I ate my breakfast, and I just did some training with sossidge.

Oh no Shadow , get well soon lad , Sam xxx My new sister is not food orientated , Mummy says , she doesn't beg like me , I`ve got it off to a fine art x People were smiling at me and Nelly this morning when Mummy took us for a walk round the village , Daddy says we look ridiculous together , why ?? I guess its because I weigh 40 kilos and Nell only weighs 3 kilos ? Soon we are going to Golitha , my bestest place in all the world but the pesky one has to stay on her lead , Hahahahaha , Sam x

I pooped out a whole bully stick. Mum says that's the last time she uses one to keep me quiet when she's on a call.

Me neither! Mum won't give me anything bigger than my kibble stuff because she says it doesn't touch the sides. What sides? I didn't know it had to.

Get well soon, Shadow. I had a very nasty squidgy bum a long time ago and it wasn't very nice at all. I had to stay with the vet lady instead of running along the beach on my holidays. You haven't been eating anything nasty, have you? Trouble is there are so many tasty things around it's difficult not to.

No, I didn't eat anyfink nasty. I don't do that, it's the yukky girls that find all the nasty stuff to eat. Mum says she thinks I have a bug. I didn't eat any bugs, either, so I dunno what she means.
I didn't want my sardine at lunchtime. I thought I did, and got excited, but I took it to my bed and then decided I didn't want it after all, so I just stared at it.

Mum says it's the saddest thing she ever did see, a Labrador not eating his lunch.

I did get some sossidge at the seaside yesterday when I came back from playing with another dog, I also found some crunchy crabs to eat - they were luverly .
Mum says there are more sossidges in the freezer but she's saving them for when Dad is away so he doesn't eat them.
