Thank you. He turned 14 weeks today. He was actually meant to have his second jabs today , but now that will have to wait and start the process over again. I gave him two tramadol about 3 hours ago and I think if he could speak he would tell me he is stoned bless him his tail seems to be confusing him.

Thank you both. It's a night down on the sofa for me , too scared to leave him.

Lol that face usually means he is forgiven all sins .

Thanks guys . We had a good night , he seemed a bit brighter this morn, was very eager for his breakfast. Had to give another dose of painkiller as he was a bit uncomfortable, but moment it kicked in he went straight to sleep. OH sent my BIL to help out today , and Aramis is on the sofa being spoilt with cuddles but I just wondered if everyone thought this looked ok?

 

Oh bless him , it looks fine as far as I can tell . Often , ridges are formed as stitches tighten , but will soon ease out again . Get well soon little love x

Oh what a darling little boy! I am so glad he is home and okay. @Katjush if you have a moment go look at my photo of Harley's post spay tummy. Although her incision was about 2cm / +- 1 inch max it was also ridged like Aramis's when she came home. You can see how it healed in the photo, 1 month later. We were a little shocked at how the incision looked when we first brought her home but I can't believe it now.

 

Funnily enough I just have before I read this , and i was surprised how little time you said had passed. She is an absolute beauty, you are very lucky. My BIL is humouring my worries quite well, but I cannot wait till my OH returns, just for someone who knows Aramis like I do. My only other worry is he hasn't pooed since last night.

Those huge eyes!!! He is lovely.....what a large incision!! Glad you are giving him Tramadol!
He will be up and at'em in no time.....wait and see. I love the "coat" he has on so he won't lick his incision.....what a great idea. He is a tough little fellow and will come through all of this quickly.....but you should reassure yourself that he WILL BE.....and get a good bottle of wine or whatever your favorite alcohol is!! You need it, you poor thing.
