Update. Went to the vet today for Lacey's immunizations. Mentioned her ear change to the Dr. He said as the puppies grow, their skull changes. That is most likely causing the change in her ears....but assured me it is nothing to worry about. Puppies grow so fast at this stage.
Update. At 4 months Lacey's ears look like they will go back to being floppy. Her right ear flops again, her left ear sometime does, sometimes doesn't. https://flic.kr/p/XsWyF3
