Yep Vanilla she absolutely loves it. Especially if I squeeze it and the air flows in her face. Or I squash it and she looks at it waiting to pop back into shape. I am sure Harley will love ot just as much
Oh great Sven, thank you. Harley LOVED a soccer ball but she bites it to carry it back to us and then she punctures it. So I have hope for this toy.
Yes, we've got one - but I feel Coco is hell-bent on destroying it, so he rarely gets it He does like it. It feels flimsy, to me. Not usual Kong robustness. Maybe I'm wrong.
I get you on the flimsy feeling...and we are also limiting Harley's access to the toy. But that also increases her interest in it, and that is good. She had so much fun with it today and I love the fact that I could rinse it off and it is clean because it was rainy and muddy outside.
We bought something similar from Costco a few months ago, Looked like a big ball with a handle and was suggested for both Dogs and Horses. Cooper took about 2 days to remove the handle, and the ball doesn't have much going for it by itself.
Was the ball squishy or harder plastic? Because I also looked a round hard ball with a handle and the reviews were not positive regarding dogs chewing off the handle. Harley isn't a super destructive chewer and if she isn't left with access to the toy it will last so we will see
That is exactly the one I considered for Harls but reviews mentioned exactly what happened to yours - the handle is chewed off.
My friend's dogs LOVE their Bounzer and it is pretty robust. But.......they play together, and like fetchy games on walks. Unlike Lilly. She is not in the LEAST bit interested in the bounzer, just chasing the other dogs running for it.
I am surprised hoe Vanilla will grab the bottom of it and squeeze it in her mouth to then come up to me and growl ready for play. She has no problems running/walking around with it. Plus no teeth mark, have no idea how she does it. Think from memory they come in 2 sizes. I know when we got it Vanilla was not interested at all. Think it was to big at the time. Few months later in to her toy box, comes back carrying it.
