Your profile name?. Not sure if this has been done before but I thought it might be fun. I chose Jazzmynn because it was my previous yellow labs name. She was also a princess, so Princess Jazzmynn suited her perfectly! My actual name is Sue. While some names might be obvious, there are others that are not so obvious: Boogie, Swampdonkey, Edzbird, etc. Hopefully we'll get some interesting answers.
I live in a ski resort, so we have plenty of snow to play in. Therefore, I am a snow bunny. Snow snakes are evil creatures that grab unsuspecting skiers and make them fall, but snow bunnies are far friendlier beasts
Could be ironic do you live Devon? . My oldest dog was known as the swampdonkey so I used that. A friend saw us all when were filthy after a very muddy walk and called us a bunch of filthy swampdonkeys. It sort of stuck Doug was always known as the swampdonkey though. I heard them snowbunnies can be a bit feisty too.
mine is my title+initials+house number - I used this user name for geocaching and I joined the forum with it too, never thinking I would be hanging around and becoming a mod. Might have chosen something else otherwise!
When I joined, I didn't know if we were supposed to use our names, our dog's name or what...mine is my dog's name, her last name initial (which is OH's last name, not mine) and the year she was born
I was named Natalie (after actress Natalie Wood who my dad had a thing for) on the very strict proviso it would never ever be shortened to Nat, and it never has. But I do always get called Lee, (the end of Natalie) or Leela, by friends and family, and leejane is that plus my middle name which my parents call me all the time. But I'm Natalie at work.
There was already an Emily, so I used my first name and the name of my now pretty much dead-for-years blog, "BabelHund". Not sure what possessed me to add the extra "b" in Babel here, but there you are. Babel = Tower of Babel = many languages (I speak - kind of - five) and "Hund" because that's German for dog, my other great obsession.
Oooooh @Emily_BabbelHund you have a blog, exciting! You write so well I will look forward to reading that later
OH is called Ed & I'm affectionately, his "bird" (I've used this name all over the internet - where I first used it edsbird was already taken so I used edzbird)
