I need help to buy the correct training harness and lead for my lab puppy when she arrives, I have read pippas lab books and she mentions getting a training harness and lead. thankyou ruth.
I used a Perfect Fit harness (Dog Games) for my puppy - they are in 3 pieces - as she got bigger I got bigger pieces. I also bought a double ended Halti lead which was too big when she was very little but then became invaluable when I was training loose lead walking. It clips to the front and rear D rings of the harness.
thankyou for your help, I will try and buy these two products online. this is the first time I have used this forum,but, I am sure it will be a great help in months to come.my pup is not due until 12th november. so I expect to collect her8th jan. fingers are firmly crossed that the mum has some girls.
How exciting. You must keep us informed . I wish I had discovered this forum (and Pippa’s books) before I got my puppy - it is a great place to come to - I have found the advice and support I have received amazing .
