I've just started listening to this podcast and I'm finding it really interesting. It's by Hannah Branigan, a well-known R+ trainer. I've had a few "aha!" moments throughout, and I'm only a few episodes in.

Definitely worth a listen - and it's free, so give it a go :)

I use podcasts to help me sleep - but they have to be innocuous, uninteresting drivvel with no music. So I’ll have to listen to this one in the daytime when awake!

    :)

Just in time as I'm loading podcasts for the drive back to Germany tomorrow.

Is there actually any drinking from the toilet involved? :D

Well, you are the one who got me listening to "My Dad Wrote a Porno", which pretty much is what it says on the tin, so I just had to assume there was likely some toilet drinking involved in this new one.

Did you listen to Serial yet? The first season is gripping. Lots of  moments, even right at the end. I wasn't as enamoured with the second season, which was about a different thing. I'm going to try out S-Town when I take ChiChi to the UK.

I've listened to serial. I'm on casefiles at the minute. But OH has hidden my headphones because I keep scaring myself :(

I'm going to load Serial for sure for the drive tomorrow. S-Town is really good - I listened to it first on the way over to the UK and am re-listening again from the beginning.
