Ripple sounds like a resilient dog, hope this works out very soon.

As for the Ashes, this thread has covered microwaves, umbrellas, supernoodles, plate warming, toasters, OHs' cooking, under floor heating and custard. Is cricket a jump too far ?:D

This is quite the thread! I love my microwave, and my toaster and my dishwasher. I use all three daily! :D

I want to try some supernoodles now. It reminds me of kraft dinner kinda.. hmm.

My OH never cooks either, although I forced him to make me chocolate chip pancakes for dinner the other night because I wanted some but didn’t want to cook.

    Really?
I must go back and look I must have missed that.

If you do a frozen kong for Ripple then put it in the microwave momentarily might that do?

    You’re very kind

And, yes, let’s talk about The Ashes. I’ve forgotten how test cricket works (ie. the scoring, as opposed to 1 dayers) I but think Australia is doing ok, no? :D

Umbrellas sound handy....we do get an awful lot of rain - but it's usually accompanied by gales here....Think Mary Poppins.
My toaster is 22 years old and still toasts perfectly - I wouldn't be without it.

Under the grill. Not that we even have an oven yet in Spain, but the BBQ does OK, as does the wood burner now :D

I hate "stuff" on my counters. In Andorra, the only thing that is out is the kettle, and that has its cable hidden, going down through the work surface and plugging in underneath. And the crumbs you get with toasters! I've not seen a toaster yet that is really crumbless.

Yes indeed, Australia are doing very well and will no doubt win this test. but there are four more to come...

Hehe, to be fair, the decision to not have a toaster pre-dates the dogs. I can just imagine them trying to stick their tongues in the toaster to get the crumbs.... nope, you've not changed my mind!

My friends black Labrador, George used to bat the toaster over so he could get the crumbs out :D

Oh right forgot about that one, I don’t have an umbrella! Doesn’t usually rain here, so when it does I stay indoors:D that being said, it’s been raining for like two weeks :|

I last ironed, I think, when it was my wedding. I've been married nearly five years :D
