Yep same here I typed a few and thought neeer they won't get that. In the passed I've been accussed of being harsh which really hurt my feelings even rereading the post still didn't get it. Spoke to another member about and she felt the same neither of us could understand the problem. I work with cancer patients and do volunteer work for a local mental health charity so am used to being careful. I worried about posting this

@SwampDonkey: Hope you’ve recovered from yesterday’s splat in the mud and today will be a better day. I fell on a muddy slope a few years ago and still remember feeling shaken up and, worst of all, have great difficulty in finding my feet again because it was so slippery. Two ‘yummy mummies’ were having their morning run nearby in the same field. Did they help? No!

@Atemas: Hope you and Red are feeling better!

How kind of you @Granca to ask. I feel ok but Red still has diarrhoea. She whimpered at 4.00 and DH took her out. Yesterday just gave her i/d wet food and Pro Kolin. Will do same again today and see how she goes. Hate it when this happens.

I'm in Andorra alone and missing my dooglies :(
I felt I had to rush down the mountain to get to them, but then realised they're not here. That made me sad, so I went and drank hot chocolate in a local cafe.

The electric blanket and a bed to myself is bloody lovely, though! :D

I had such a fun walk with Rory his silliness is so infectious. His happy smiley face and his special cavorting really make me laugh. He was so good and responsive it was just fun. ' I meet a friend on my way home a we had a chat as we walked. One if the good dog walkers came up with her charges and told us about a blond dog running up the busy main road. I realised it was B from the description and we set off to try to catch her or at least get her off the road. The dog walker had to go too many dogs, that B doesn't know. 3 of us who know her and who's dogs she is friendly with tried for an over an hour to catch her. She was too scared and we lost her in some trees but at least she was on the park. We lost her completely, I was tired by this stage and it was getting dark so I had to leave and eveyone else looking felt we, d exhausted all the places to look. I hope they found her but I was just exhausted to stay. We think she may have been hiding or trying to get home. Fingers crossed I hope they little doggy gods are smiling. Home safe B.

All the time! And forgetting to hit the like button, then wondering if you’ve insulted someone! I like/love everyone’s posts....there, that should cover it.

Still relatively new to this and feel I'm just getting to work out who everyone and their dogs are, but yes! sometimes I think 'Ooer, perhaps I'd better not say that!' Actually I quite like letting little Joy do all the talking. Would just like to say though how helpful I find the forum and how much I enjoy being part of it and hey, is there anyone else getting excited like a kid at Christmas (at the great age of 60) at the thought of their puppy possibly seeing snow for the first time this weekend?:tail::pull::run::*:cold::doug::happyfeet:

My sister's dog's breeder sent our American niece a happy birthday wish on Facebook. That's....... odd! :|

It's just ... weird! My niece is 19, not a kid. My sister's dog is 7, and it's not like the breeder is a friend of my sister's, they're just connected on FB because of the (then) puppy. It's like me seeing a friend of a friend had a birthday and sending them my own happy birthday message. She must be thinking "who on earth is Doris Fennelwick?" (name changed to protect actual mad woman). Some people are odd :D

Sooo Mom, are you coming back to bed or what (after patiently waiting for me while I was getting ready for almost an hour)

Ps. Don’t mind the unmade bed :p:D
