Excuse the play on words in the title! Our latest foster just has us both singing this out loud... Please say hello to our latest houseguest who we have been fostering recently. One big hunk of gorgeousness. Already I am bracing myself to let him go soon, boy it's going to be so hard. I just had to share this boy with you guys first though... Taken this morning... In full gallop! Wait for meeeeee!!! Loving being part of the Beanwood Gangbusters... by With his best buddy Benson...
We had the pleasure of meeting him earlier this week, and he really is gorgeous. I'm glad I didn't take my OH to Kate's as I think he would of fallen in love with Bear as he is so so good and handsome and soft
Basically, his owner became ill, and unfortunately, he ended up in an Irish pound just before Christmas. Not a good place to be this time of year, plus he was very distressed and confused. He is starting to settle and a really great dog is emerging
Handsome boy. Striking pose should try and get him and Benson in that same pose together Is he going back to his owners or a diffferent home?
No, we are looking through all the applications for him, when the time is right and home is a good one, he will be off with his blanket, ball, and a HUGE bag of new toys
Gorgeous boy and he's looking so happy after his trauma. Is Benson feeling a rival for his tail domination? Bear may be giving him a run for his money!
I am afraid Bear's tail not only rivals Bensons...but is also giving Remy's ginger fluffy magnificence a run for his money! We have removed everything from tables and experimenting with taping wine glasses to our hands....
How did you get to hear of him in the Irish pound? Poor boy, I am so pleased that he will find happiness again.
I was contacted the through the rescue organisation that we help out with occasionally It is where Casper came from. At the moment due to work commitments, we tend to help out more with transport, with two of us travelling to move individual dogs as safely and calmly as possible. We also can manage the occasional overnight foster. We are generally on standby over Christmas though which tends to be a busy time. In between contracts, we can do a little more, or have more complex dogs here
If a nice, quiet Black Lab, ever came available, I could be interested. I am not actively looking for another dog, but if there was one that was in great need and perhaps had an unhappy life.......... Rourke is missing Drift and it does seem strange to only have one dog, but probably more sensible.
