I'm sure it's not just me who has thought, "Oooh, that would be a good name for a such and such dog." Here are names for the dogs I still need to have in my lifetime because I already have their names picked out. Tarn and Cirque - I took a course in periglaciation and just like these two words. A cirque is a bowl sort of shape scooped out of ice and earth by a glacier. If water fills this cirque it's called a tarn. I need two Bernese Mountain Dogs, a male for Tarn and a female for Cirque. Tib and Daidy - My Mum and her aunt were both named Esther and were the only two people in our family to have nicknames; Daidy for Mum, Tib for her aunt. Because they are Scottish descent and female I need two female Border Collies to have these names. Mason and Dixon or Maisey and Dixie or a mix - These would be American Bulldogs, and named for the Mason Dixon line of the American Civil War. One dog would be white and one would be black but I'm not sure which. To me the boys would be Mason and Dixon and the girls would be Maisey and Dixie. Boys would be best, for the names. I'm not sure if this breed comes in solid black. Your turn, any names you've been saving you might use some day?
Wow, you've really thought about it haven't you! I only have Benji. That was going to be the name of our boy puppy that ended up being a girl puppy
Finn, Bolt, if I was lucky enough to have another Lab. I have had Gemma, Inga, Ellie, Jake, Flick, Sappho, Drift and Rourke. Just left with Rourke now
If I ever had another Labrador in my life, which is doubtful , the names I love are Gunner and Arthur x
If I have a Labrador girl I wanted a golden one called Daphne. If I get a smaller fluffier dog I want Phoebe. Just need OH to agree now (yeah right! When I'm ready I'll just bring my pup home)
When we were students me and my friend used to rescue cats. We had one who was called Fanny. She was evil and called Fanny because if this(I will not repeat the words my friend used about hereek:. She out of all the cats that we rehomed stayed. What a cat she lived until she was 18.
