That sounds brilliant, Nelly! I love my new harness too. It's cosy and makes me feel secure, although mum has to fiddle around with it a bit to put it on because she says it's not as easy as my old one. I'm really good and just stand patiently while she's doing it up. It's just plain blue and black, though, with no paws on it. :(

Harnesses. Bleurgh. Pig-mummy has to give me precisely 6 kibbles to put my harness on every day. And even after those I have to then walk backwards round the sofa to find my knees again. But Pig-mummy says I have to wear one on account of being a Bad Pig and having to have a long yellow rope on. Woe is the Pig.

I'm very brave it only takes one treat for me to have my harny on oh and a kiss on the nose. I'm a very brave dog just one kiss and treat and my knees stay up. I never try to eat it anymore either. What I don't get is ging sings a song about YMCA what's that? It will be OK pig perhaps you need a kiss on the nose or head too and maybe a song?

I get a kiss on the nose too, Pig, so perhaps there's something missing in your puttingontheharness routine. ;)

You must be right Wispa it's got to be the kiss. Which do you think is best nose or top of the head?

Kiss on the nose, with a "good girl Ariel" hug.

On another note, Mommy said I'm looking lovely in the snow today.....I agree..:D I got to have huge run-arounds in the bush today with my best friend Ruby (she's a chocolate). We were out for an hour playing in the snow and looking for deer. We didn't find any, but we found some more wolf tracks.  Then Mommy said we had to come home. :(

Urgh I do not like my harness. I hide under the coffee table.

Then mummy gets me a milk bone. And I forget about the harness so I come out and then it's on me before I can finish my milk bone.

I must try harder to remember milk bone = harness. But the food monster in my brain takes over :(

Yeah that’s my problem too Stanley. It’s like ‘kibblekibblekibbleomnomnomkibblekibblekibbleEEK!HARNESS!ohbugger’. It’s hard being a Pig or a Stanley.

Mum is taking me to see a very clever scary gundog lady tomorrow. I am pleased because if she is a gundog lady surely she will help me find loads of phessies and then I can chase them and bite them :D mum says no Pig, that’s not what will happen. She says it’ll probably be all whistles and dummies and stuff which are ok but if there are no phessies there better be sardines. Love, the Pig x

This morning on my walk I remembered I sniffed something last night...something yummy. I ranranran to check it out, and there was so.much.bread. I gulped it as fast as I could. It was soso delicious. Mum was far away yelling something, but she moves so slow in the white stuff that I got all but one small piece before she got to me. She said she was disappointed in me cause I used to be very good at listening and not eating things. Well, I can't always be good cause that's not fun.

That should sort them, Nelly. When you've scared them off can you come and scare the pigeons in my garden, please?

Mum bought me a new toy today. She says it's because I've chewed my Christmas toys and so I won't let Wispa play with her Christmas hedgehog. Anyway, I wasn't going to let go once she'd given it to me, not even when she put my collar and harness on, so she let me take my new duck to show the other ducks and I carried it all the way and all the way home again too. I love my new duck.
