I know very little about gundog work and when this popped up while I was watching some Youtube videos of Crufts 2018 I thought I would have a look. I found the commentary quite funny, good for a laugh and Sunny is adorable:)

I have absolutely no doubt how much hard work has gone into training the dogs but it was so much fun to watch because as @MF said the dogs look genuinely happy. Those dogs are brilliant and it gives me such respect for everyone training their dogs for this type of work.

Very enjoyable. Thanks for posting it as we missed most of the Crufts coverage.

Birch the young Clumber in the display was bred by good friends of mine. Had to laugh when Phillipa Williams called her a 'Columba Spaniel' :)

I always look out for this display because the dogs are so happy and so good! And Phillipa Williams makes a point of saying they train with treats and toys.

We dont get any coverage of Crufts in RSA at all so I have found Youtube a wonderful resource. They even have the full days.

I went to crufts a few years ago and one of the highlights for me was watching Phillipa Williams' gundog display, it was so good and the dogs were amazing and genuinely happy to do what they were asked.

I absolutely loved this. I was at crufts on Saturday so didn’t get to see this one in the arena but watched it on the live stream. Definitely very inspiring

I saw her with her dogs on the friday in one of the smaller exhibition halls doing a demo.i don't think this was the most interesting bit of the demo but stands out in my mind as she introduced a little black dog (her words) called Midge which I though sounded familiar @SwampDonkey ;)

If it eats poop and rolling in it, stealing things and trying to look innocent it remind me of someone too. :)
