I have an English Bulldog that is do 5/28/18 and she is only having one puppy. I have her x-ray done yesterday and the vet said it had a 2 days to go and would be OK th have it natural instead of c-section. The puppy'shead was small. How safe do you think it would be to have it natural it's also a 3 day weekend and I can't even find an emergency vet.

If your Vet is happy with her having a natural birth , then maybe this is the better way for her ? Most UK Vets have an emergency number on an answerphone message , if not then ring your nearest Pets at Home and ask them for an emergency Vet number .

Most dogs will give birth themselves naturally with minimum assistance.
Have you read up on how to manage your girl whilst giving birth and care of the new born pup?
Most vets in the UK have an emergency number, maybe if you call your vet number there will be a message who to contact in an emergency.
And just one more thing, did the vet say the puppy head was smaller than it should be? Or give any indication of the overall size of the puppy? Or did you think he was saying the puppy' head was small enough to expect a trouble free delivery?

Thank you for your input she said it was a normal sized puppy and my female's pelvis is bigger than the puppy's head.
