Bless him! Just remember what’s it’s like when teeth are coming through he will be fine just have a great variety of puppy friendly toys/chews etc for him to gnaw on. Even putting a toy in the fridge might help
Hi jade, you spoke to soon, lol. My girl was terrible, she chewed and ate everything! We fenced all the large things off with temporary plastic fencing, which surprisingly she didn't chew, and just kept moving her away and giving her chew toys with all the small things like our shoes, bags ext. Also we put baby gates on all of the rooms we didn't want her to go in unsupervised. She's 24 weeks now and much better, still chews but stops usually when we stop her, so hang in there not long
Ah how exciting. I hope he likes them. Just introduce one or two at a time. I’m sure a lot of fun will be had
I also bought many toys at that time but he destroyed everyting in minutes. So it was cheaper to give him carboard boxes, plastic bottles, old chlotes, shoes....but he was always more interested in plush toys and some soft chewing toys...things he could destroy. He still is. Exept for Kong, he shows no interest in chew toys.
Lincoln is not crazy about chew toys either. I did find that he likes Nylabone and Rope Bones. So that's a start. He likes a Kong too with peanut butter.
