Help! My 2years lab was vomiting with mucus

What should I do now... My lab was 2years and it is not eating from 4 days and It vomits a lot of mucus with coughing... ..but it only drinks water and not even tasting the food.. It's belly was reduced very much like a u shape.. Please! Solve my Problem.. Please! Our area doctors were not that much knowledgeable,he gave us some tablets but it does not working..

 

I would say take him to a different vet for a second opinion. Does he have any food allergies?

But we kept it in our relatives home for a month .so the food they keep for our dog may be rotten

He needs to see the vet again, or a different one for a second opinion.
