I think generally most switch to adult food at 1 year old. I've always fed our dogs All Life Stages.

When the manufacturer for the food suggests.

On all of the dried foods there are puppy then junior foods, when do you change from puppy to junior.
Willow is 4 months old if I don't keep upping her feeds every few weeks she drops weight.
She is only about 10kg at 4 months the vet said she is OK but she has no reserves.
I have just started her on James Welbeloved as wet food has too much volume to up her tinned feeds as too much upsets her stomach.

When the food advises. Read the pack. It will say at what age to transition to Junior from Puppy.
