my last lab pup started eating my old rubberise mobile
whilst I was away working and she was being looked after my my wife for a few weeks ,
the lab got hold of the cordless phone managed to eat 2 x AA batteries
BIG vets bill for scans but thankfully she pasted them out in her poo
but a wake up call re insurance !!!
aways keep one eye on your pup but let it explore

Good advice. I would go even further. Take a look around your home and puppy proof the area. Pick up and put away anything you wish to keep such as spectacles, hearing aids, remote control, car remote control etc.
