as he is now affectionately known. He was Tonythepony for a while as he grew so quickly!
I wish I had been able to find a photo online of a one eared Labrador as I was horrified at the thought of him losing his lovely soft ear. However as you can see from the photos the hair has grown back(slightly lighter still) but most people don’t notice the ear is missing.

Last chemo coming up on Wednesday!!

The side view makes him look rather human. He's a handsome boy. So happy things have gone to plan.
BTW the sofa behind him is awfully clean ... are you sure he's a lab?
    :)

    All good news for Toby!!!
No sign of tumour anywhere in his body.
He will be retested in 3 months but for now we can relax.
So pleased for him. He has been through so much.

Wow. So glad to hear that he's doing well. All of this must have been extremely stressful. Happy for you both.

Wonderful wonderful news. All smiles and wags here.
I hear thru the labrador grapevine that anytime a lab has his or her tummy shaved - the indignity, oh my - they're supposed to get a new toy ... to help the fur grow back cough cough :)

Well that was a stressful 24 hours. At the consultation after Toby’s staging I was told his lymph nodes on the tumour side were enlarged. If cancer found it was going to be removal and a different chemo. Vet just phoned to say NO Mast cells found. So relieved! Back in another 3 months.
