Labraodrs Heat duration

    Does any body knows about heat duration? I'm so worried bout it!!! It has been 6,7 months gone, waiting for 2nd time heat

    While 6 months is seen as normal, it can vary greatly. Anything from 3 months to 2 years.
    The only thing that is guarenteed it that she will come into season when it is least convenient for you :D

    Let me ask then why is it recommended to wait 3 months after heat to spay
    if its possible to have another cycle then? I will be moving and Maggie is schedules 3 months out but its 2 weeks after I move, would be so good to do before , but not recommended it sounds?

    Hi,our girl had her first season at 11 months and then it was another 9 months until her second season started

    Because 6 month cycles are typical.
