Lumps on dogs lip

    I think you should take your lab to the vet sooner rather than later. It might be nothing serious but labs get all sorts of lumps. Some are perfectly innocent but my labs wasn’t. For that reason I would always recommend getting it looked at to put your mind at rest if nothing else. Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

    Dogs sometimes get acne on their chin, or redness where a drooly area meets cold air (I don't know where you are, but the temperature where I am has dropped dramatically this week!). Occasionally it can also be a sign of something worse as well.

    It does look sore, so like J.D., we recommend getting their chin checked by a vet to be on the safe side. They might be able to suggest a treatment to help the skin heal and/or prevent infection getting in.

    Out pups mum had this and the vet gave them some cream. Said it was acne due to her age 2.5yrs and hormones.
