We just got a puppy around 4 weeks ago and things have went well, potty training worked well as we used a bell to train her! The only thing we cannot stop, her biting my fiancé and being absolutely crazy when she is around. Anyway to help to get her to listen to her like she listens to me? Or is this just a phase in the miserable puppy times lol!! Looking for a guide to help because she is on lockdown with her losing her mind!
This sounds exactly what we went through. Luna is now nearly 10 months but in the early few months she wouldn't listen to me at all and would bite me, jump up at me and not leave me alone. As my husband was at home with her during the day it is like she saw me as the 'fun one'. We done it so that I always fed her and took her out on walks but honeslty it all just takes time. The best things to do are redirect your puppy to toys they can chew and if she doesn't stop then walk away or put her in her crate/pen if you have one. This will teach her that when she bites the fun stops.
Have any dogs puzzles, hard chews, tug toys or can you order some on amazon? Facebook has Canine Enrichment Grouos and DIY canine enrichment tutorials to make? There is so much you can do to mentally stimulate your pup during lock down. I have been doing alot of this with my own pup. I just got him on March the 20th. Maybe search YouTube for Covid-19 Puppy Help (loads of resources and ideas!) Let us know how it goes!

I just wanted you to know there's another idea. AbsoluteDogs has a special right now for a game changer called Sexier Than A Squirrel (25 days - each day is a game). My Sully and I just started it today. Loads of fun! Sometimes dog training can be very intense, frustrating, tiring and daunting! Maybe you would benefit from joining in? We already did the first day called ditch the bowl! Gosh Sully had a blast!
