My 9 (nearly 10) month old has stopped eating his breakfast most days. It has coincided with my husband going overseas for work. It has been nearly 2 weeks now. I figure if he's hungry enough, he'll eat, but I am also worried that he's not getting enough He is fine within himself otherwise - drinking plenty, normal bowel and bladder movements and bounding about as normal on walks, so I'm not concerned that it's a health issue. Does anyone's dogs of a similar age only have one meal a day?
1 meal is fine. If he starts to loose a bit of weight just increase his meal a little. Go on how he looks and don't worry he'll be fine.
Thank you! It's just quite strange to see him go from being an absolute hoover to completely ignoring a meal!
