Unsettled at night

Good morning all. My 4 year lab hasn't started to act really strange at night time. He's really unsettled, he seems really scared. Any advice please

 

What is he doing ? Is there a pattern ? What does he normally do?

 

Normally when we go to bed he will settle and sleep last few nights his refusing to come in from the garden, he seems very nervous shaking panting.
