Teddie is 9-months, active, excellent at retrieving and most all the basics. I'm giving her 30-60 mins per day of exercise with a few days off during the week. I'm not allowing jumping down or up yet so as not to cause growth plate issues...exercise consists of 15-20 minutes of fetch and retrieve then 1 mile or so walk. My ask is that too much at 9-months? When are the growth plates developed to allow more rigorous exercise and fun stuff? Thank you so much.
