Mortified still. out running in the hills with the mutts last night, Brodick running on lead as we were in high temptation for a hunt area, Cuillin free running. Suddenly I saw the guy running a way ahead of us veer off into a secluded little wooded area, and begin to relieve a call of nature. Now sorry if this is too much information, but that man had hung on for a long time and it was quite dramatic. Anyway, Cuillin seemed to think this was FASCINATING. She charged after him, ran round to face him so she could have a really good look, and just stood in front of him, staring in fascination at what was going on. That was bad enough for the poor guy who was telling her to Get Lost... Then she noticed he had a hat on. So she decided she would bark at him, as well as stare at this strangest of events...I was recalling her frantically, but she would NOT budge until he had finished, and this is Cuillin, Princess of Recall, she's normally excellent. I ended up having to go and get her while the poor man was trying to make himself decent...obviously we must all proof our recalls against this newly identified high distraction....bet he'll think twice about doing that again in dog country mind you!

    ;D

If Ben ever needs to answer a call of nature Riley always has to investigate, apparently it is very off putting lol
