It's now 11 weeks since she had the elbows done and the BURP procedure and she seems to have been improving all the time but with little relapses. If she moves her elbows the wrong way there is oviously still a bit of pain. However, today for the first time she's started to extend herself when running which is really great to see.

She was playing with Rory the 15 month old Golden Retriever puppy doing a rough and tumble with him (well he was rough and she tumbled) then he ran off with Lady in pursuit. She easily overhauled him and shoulder charged him with a play nip to the side of his head. Then really opened up to full speed where her body was going into full extension. Great to watch as it's been absolutely ages since she's done that. Easily out ran Rory then collapsed in a heap with her tongue hanging out exhausted as she's not back to full fitness yet. Made me feel really good to watch it. Full marks to Fitzpatrick Referrals I think!
