Aw poor wee soul! Glad he is showing signs of improvement.
So hard when you don't know his history, but a lot of the behaviour might suggest he had a less than ideal start in life. I'm sure that now he has a loving home and another dog for company he will make great progress. It's hard enough to get the right behaviours when you have a pup from the start, but when you have to undo unwanted behaviours first it is tough. Well done and good luck!

Update..brick is doing pretty good..he got neutered 2weeks ago and is still food aggressive..basically the only problem I have now is that he is in love with his pooh..it's his security blanket..he pees outside but won't poop cause I pick it up right away..so he goes in house or kennel so he can eat and roll in it.he is on coprophagia pills but no luck..

Good to hear he's doing better. It's quite normal that dogs eat poo, here's a link to an article about it: http://www.thelabradorsite.com/why-dogs-eat-poop-and-what-you-can-do-about-it/

As for teh food aggression, Pippa suggests giving him only part of his food and then topping it up while he is eating so he knows you're not going to take it away permanently. Then you can work towards being able to touch him while eating etc. Here's a more detailed explanation, which makes a lot of sense: http://www.thelabradorsite.com/how-to-stop-your-dog-growling-over-food/

I hope that helps a bit.

Glad to hear things are going better. Eating and rolling in poo is definitely yucky. Not sure exactly what to suggest with that one, it might be something you just manage in terms of getting to the poo before he does, if possible. :-\
