First time at water. It's rained for weeks so water has been too high. It stopped raining at weekend so decided before it was too col to take him down to the river. I don't walk Cassie and Cupar together at the moment as she gives him confidence. So because of that OH and I thought it would be better if Cassie came too . OM goodness this tiny 16 week old pup swims. Hopefully this is a video to prove it. I still can't believe it. First time. Re: Cupar went swimming. Both my husband and I had our wellies on. The clip was not his initial swim. I was too busy panicking to even think of a camera. He took both of us by surprise. I honestly expected him to run about at the side , trying to pluck up the confidence. Not Cupar, follows Cassie straight off a ledge, head under, pops back up and swims. We didn't think he would go back in. As you can see my confident puppy. I love this wee pup to pieces. He amazes me at his trust in me and all around him.
Re: Cupar went swimming. Well done Cupar, great when they take to the water and you can't beat having another dog to show them the way. Please, please take their collars off when swimming, I know it was his first dip, but if you intend them to swim. No collars.
