My daughters friend has just been around with her 3 week old baby girl. I have been fretting over this all afternoon since my daughter asked if it was ok. Her friend loves dogs and had them growing up, but only had small dogs. For the first 2 mins, Harley jumped up a few times and barked (unfortunately always does this when someone new comes to the house :-[ ). After this, she was brilliant. She had a sniff and a few hand licks of the baby, but that was it I held the baby for nearly 30 mins and apart from coming over to check on me, Harley was amazing my daughters friend was really impressed with Harley and how she was with them both. so proud atm
Re: Met a 3 week old baby! That's great!! She's a good girl. A lot of dogs think it very odd to see someone carrying a small person. Something to socialise them to as a puppy, even if it's just a doll wrapped in a blanket.
