James wellbeloved

    hi everyone,
    my Rocky is now nearly 6 months old is it best to keep him on the puppy james wellbeloved or swap to junior not sure what to do :)

    I guess if it says on the packaging to change at 6 months to the Junior, that is what I would do.

    The "puppy" food I used was continued up to 12 months (I think)
    I suppose they are all a little different, another one I looked at went up to 18 mths.
    Its a bit confusing at times.

    My puppy food is up to 24 months. I would do what it says on the packet .

    Apart from amounts.
    I think mostly we reckon the manufacturers over-estimate quantity of food and aim for maybe 80% of the recommended amounts for starters

    I feed JWB & switched to junior at 6months as recommended on the packaging, the main difference I could see was mainly in the size of the kibble itself. I didn't go for large breed junior though which was suggested for labs, I just stuck to junior & she's still on it.

    Hi Skooch your lab still on job on just junior so how old is he now as you switched when he was 6 months?
