Juno, at 14.5weeks has very nearly outgrown her 24" dog crate and I'm looking to buy the next one for her. I would like to buy the 36" so she can grow into it and use it in the car; unfortunately it doesn't look as if it will my car - a Renault Megane Sport Toured (estate). Does anyone have a Mebane Toured? What size crate fits for transporting hour lab? Would a 30" crate see Juno into adult hood and for futures in the car? Any and all suggestions gratefully accepted.

I reached a point where the rectangular crates that you use inside mainly wouldn't fit any more due to my sloping rear window. At that point I went to a dog guard and have subsequently gone to a car specific crate to make Riley even safer and reclaim some of my boot.

Sort I can't offer any better suggestions :)

I have a massive crate for Penny, it's XL but I'm not sure of the measurement, because I thought she would grow bigger than she actually did! It's good though as I know she has plenty of space if I have to shut her in it.

I had a small crate for the boot of the car, think it was maybe 20 or 24". I have a ford focus hatchback so there wasn't a lot of room for a crate unless I bought a car specific one. Once Penny outgrew the crate I bought a dog guard and now she just travels in the boot. Or if she's really lucky I put her on the back seat with one of those seatbelt harnesses.
